ELM FRESH AIR FITNESS
Looking for a low-impact version of ELM Fitness Bootcamp? We have created this unique outdoor conditioning program that is less intense and lower impact but just as fun as our original Bootcamp program. If you like the idea of outdoor training but cannot tolerate the running and jumping of Fitness Bootcamp or a Running Clinic then this is the program for you! In ELM Fresh Air Fitness, you will get the same awesome benefits as our Fitness Bootcamp without the impact: full body strength, cardio training, agility, balance and flexibility, all outdoors in the beautiful fresh air! Fresh Air Fitness classes take place in inspiring outdoor Comox Valley locations. Hit the trails, walk the beach and enjoy the beauty of nature during your workout!

Location: Inspiring, outdoor locations! All classes take place in the Comox/Courtenay area unless otherwise noted. *See Program Calendar for next session details and specific class locations.
Goal: Burn off excess body fat, tone muscles, improve endurance, balance, strength and core stability! Learn fun and effective ways to exercise safely outdoors.
Prerequisite: Desire to improve fitness in the fresh air! Ability to walk for one hour.
Maximum 14 Participants. Space is very limited so register early! Drop-in's and Punch Card spaces are available on a first come first serve basis and only if space allows. Pre-enroll to confirm your spot!
