Join us for our newest group fitness program - Outdoor Fitness & Conditioning! This is the 2.0 version of our original Fitness Bootcamp program, which will provide a challenging, effective and FUN full body strength and cardiovascular workout for all levels - that does not require (but allows for!) running. This program includes all the best of our Fitness Bootcamp and Fresh Air Fitness strength and conditioning exercises that keep our clients coming back for more, along with new group and partner programming that will take your workouts to the next level! Build strength, improve stamina, challenge your cardio, and bring the FUN back into your fitness routine, with this unique and dynamic, outdoor group fitness program.
Location: Inspiring, outdoor locations! All classes take place in the Comox/Courtenay area unless otherwise noted. *See Program Calendar for specific class locations.
Prerequisite: Desire to improve fitness. Ability to walk briskly for 60 minutes and medically cleared to play! All fitness levels will be challenged!.
Goal: Improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, speed, balance, agility, and co-ordination, all while having fun!
Maximum: 20 Participants. Space is limited so register early.
