Just 'tri' it!

This FREE program is designed for individuals seeking to complete their first sprint triathlon. If you:

  • can swim 100m front crawl;
  • have a road safe bike and helmet;
  • are able to jog for 5-10 minutes continuously

...then you can do it! 

This 6-week Just Tri It program will ensure that you are following a safe and effective plan so that you can relax and enjoy the journey. In this package you will find your 6 week introductory plan as well as resources and tips to help you begin your triathlon journey.

The program includes 2 days of running, swimming and biking each week. For those looking to increase the challenge slightly, there are two optional workouts each week: a 3rd run and a longer swim workout is included.

This really is the 'anyone' can 'tri-it' sprint triathlon program!

Sarah has customized and provided comprehensive training for our level of fitness and race goals which has evolved the past three years from half marathons to multiple events and distances up to 100 miles. Our progress is monitored monthly, we receive useful training tips, insight and feedback which increased our level of confidence and readiness. Whatever your personal journey we recommend the online coaching services provided by Sarah.
