LEVEL 1: CORE FOUNDATIONS / LEVEL 2: DYNAMIC CORE (coming soon!)
Now you can access the same powerful corrective exercise and functional training prescriptions as Sarah’s one on one Kinesiology clients receive, in this specialized small group training series. All participants must complete at least 1 session of Level 1: Core Foundations (or more as required) before moving on to Level 2: Dynamic Core (coming soon). Progression is based on the ability to demonstrate optimal integrated movement in the Foundations program. The goal of these programs is to re-train smart movement patterns, build a strong and dynamic integrated core, increase Kinesthetic awareness and progress to dynamic functional movement. Level 1: Core Foundations
6 weeks of progressive core foundations and corrective exercises with Kinesiologist Sarah Seads.
Strengthen the weak, lengthen the tight and teach your body to move in a functional and efficient manner through this powerful Foundations series. With consistency and optimal training principles, you can completely restructure your body, replacing old harmful and inefficient movement patterns with a strong, resilient, efficient and powerful body. It takes time to correct old patterns through exercise, but the changes are permanent and powerful for long term health, performance and resilience in life, work and sport.
This program will help you to correct faulty postural imbalances, turn down ‘overworked' muscles and turn on ‘sleeping' muscles that have learned their patterns through years of lifestyle or due to injury. If you are ready to improve your posture, strengthen your core, decrease your risk of injury, improve your resilience and performance in life, work and sport, then this is the program for you! All levels will benefit from this small group training program that includes progressive, multi-level training.
