All of ELM's Online Training Plans include membership in the new Team ELM Online Group Coaching platform where you will receive weekly, group coaching support from Coach Sarah for the duration of your ELM plan.

I have been successfully using ELM online coaching since 2012. I tell Sarah what my goals are, whether racing or recreational, short or ultra, she designs a custom tailored program to suit my needs, ability and schedule, providing encouragement and challenge. Of course you have to stick with the program to get the results but the weekly and monthly email communication is where you get the support you need.
