Adventure Running is a weekly coached training program designed to improve your skills as a trail runner through individual and group coaching. Learn effective running techniques to increase performance and decrease risk of injury. Improve your hill climbing and descending skills and increase your technical trail running confidence. Gain trail running safety skills and learn to navigate using a map in the trails. Learn how to train smart, fuel smart and race smart. Perfect for trail racers looking to 'bust a gut' and for road runners who want to toughen up. If you are interested in increasing your speed, improving your hill climbing strength, playing with navigation, and improving trail running technique...this clinic is for you! This is a perfect training program for the Perseverance Trail Run, Kusam Klimb, GutBuster trail racers and MOMAR adventure racers (www.mindovermountain.com) as well as those who love training in the great outdoors.
- Beginner/Novice - ability to run 45-60mins
- Intermediate/Advanced ability to run 75-90minutes
- No pace requirement! We will have multiple pace groups within each distance for each weekly run.

Outdoor Summer Yoga Series to follow 7:15-8:00pm. Join us this summer for an inspiring outdoor yoga session designed speficically for athletes with tight muscles!
