Are you ready to tackle your multi-day, bucket list hike this year? We want to make sure you are as prepared as possible, so that you can relax and enjoy your big adventure! This Self Directed Training Plan will have you more than ready to complete the 6-8 day hike of your choice, feeling strong, confident and happy! This specialized Training Plan is designed for individuals who are currently able to walk 5 kms and are committed to training for a multi-day endurance day hike.
Training Plan Download Includes:
- 20 weeks of periodized and detailed workouts for the 6-8 day hike of your choice.
- 5 days/week hike training -intensity based workouts for strength, endurance and multi-day stamina. Train 3-5 days per week, based on your schedule and preferences.
- 2 Hiking Strength Training Programs - One bodyweight and one free weight program.
- Hiking Flexibility Program
- Detailed Hiking Manual with information on Nutrition, Trail Food, Gear, Packing lists, Injury Prevention & more.
In addition to your Training Plan Download materials, all of our Self Directed Training Plans include:
- Initial coaching support by email to help you get started on your new Training Plan and to answer any of your questions. Contact Coach Sarah with your start up questions once you have had a chance to review your plan.
- Step by step instructions on how to get started and customize your Training Plan to match your starting level, goals and weekly schedule.
- Access to Group Coaching Support via the Team ELM online facebook group for duration of your Training Plan. Connect with other ELM athletes, training tips, monthly Q & A sessions and more.
